Aerothane Applications manufactures rigid polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate (PIC) foam insulation products for cryogenic, cold and hot insulation systems. Our foam is produced to precise density and cell-structure specifications, ensuring consistent thermal performance batch after batch.

With five CNC profiling machines operating in our Cape Town facility, we can turn around custom pipe half-shells, bends, tees, reducers, flanges, valve boxes and flat boards within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Two-Component Foam Systems

Our two-component polyurethane chemical systems consist of an Isocyanate (A-side) and a Polyol blend (B-side), which react together to produce foam in-situ. These systems are ideal for in-place foaming, spray application or machine-dispensed projects.

Sandwich Panels

Sandwich panels consist of two metal facing sheets with an insulating foam core — either PIR (polyisocyanurate) or PUR (polyurethane). These panels are widely used in the construction of cold rooms, food processing plants, industrial warehouses and commercial refrigeration facilities.
